-Buna-N/ NBR/Nitrile O-rings
Features:
For NBR the service temperature can be designed from -55 ℃ to 100 ℃ or up to 130 ℃ depending on different acrylo nitrile content and formula.
NBR compounds have excellent resistance to abrasion, non-polar oils and solvent, water and permeation (higher acrylonitrile content will be better). NBR also can be used in conditions of dilute acids, alkalis and salt solution at low temperatures.

Polyurethane (PU) O Ring Seals
Featurs:
Polyurethane is an elastomer composited of organic units joined by urethane links. This material is used to make everything from foam sponges to automotive bushings to synthetic fibers like Spandex. Polyurethane o-rings, polyurethane gaskets, and polyurethane seals are ideal for applications that need rubber- or plastic-characteristics, but with the durability to survive challenging environments that these materials could not. They exhibit excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, elasticity, and rebound. Polyurethane is also highly resistant to abrasion, cuts, cracking, high impact, and heavy loads.

-FEP and PTFE Encapsulated Coated O Ring
FEP Combining the elasticity and sealing of rubber with the chemical resistance of Teflon, it is composed of a silicone or
fluorine rubber inner core and a relatively thin Teflon FEP or Teflon PFA outer cover. This rubber Teflon sealing ring Has
excellent sealing performance. Rubber O-rings are easy to wear, chemically resistant and gas-permeable. Pure Teflon O-rings have higher hardness and can resist compression but have poor elasticity.
Main advantages:
outstanding chemical resistance, suitable for almost all chemical media: excellent corrosion resistance, good compression resistance, good swelling resistance, high temperature resistance, and a wide range of temperature applications.
Applicable temperature range:
Teflon FEP Shell: -60℃-205℃ can be used for a short time under 260℃ high temperature. Teflon PFA shell: -60℃-260℃ can be used for a short time under 300℃ high temperature.
Uses: pumps, valves, mechanical seals, filters, reaction vessels, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, pipeline flanges, gas compressors.

Quad O-Ring Seal Advantages
X-Ring seals provide four direct points of support for a wide range of applications. The four-lobed design produces a more secure seal to counteract spiral twisting. This allows the use of a narrower groove width than a standard O-Ring groove, but can also be used in a standard X-Ring groove. Quad Ring benefits include:
