  • Advanced Bearing System: Equipped with a floating bearing structure, the floating components are made of high-strength, high-elasticity, high-temperature resistance, and wear-resistant new materials, surface-treated with solid lubricants. This design reduces the relative linear speed of the bearing pair, lowers friction surface temperature rise, and effectively improves bearing life and reliability under high drilling pressure or high-speed drilling conditions. We also adopt high-precision metal seals, including carefully designed metal seal rings as axial dynamic seals and high-elastic rubber energy supply rings as static seals, ensuring good contact between the seal surfaces at all times.
  • Superior Cutting Structure: Available in insert tooth and steel tooth types to adapt to different formation hardness. Insert tooth tricone bits use high-strength and tough cemented carbide teeth, with optimized tooth row number, tooth count, tooth exposure height, and unique alloy tooth shape, fully exerting high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability. Steel tooth tricone bits are surfacing with new wear-resistant materials, maintaining high mechanical drilling speed while improving the service life of the drill teeth. The three cones are evenly distributed at 120°, ensuring balanced force during drilling and high hole straightness.
  • Reliable Locking & Lubrication: Steel ball locking technology is adopted to fix the cone firmly, adapting to high-speed drilling operations and preventing cone detachment under high drilling pressure. A full rubber oil storage capsule is installed to limit pressure difference and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system, providing good lubrication guarantee for the bearing system. The bearing cavity is filled with new lubricating grease that can withstand 250°C high temperature and resist wear, ensuring smooth rotation of the cone in high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
  • Efficient Slag Removal & Cooling: The spiral-shaped slag discharge groove is designed to discharge cuttings 40% faster than straight groove bits, and it is not easy to block in high-viscosity mud environments. Three nozzles (matching the number of cones) are installed at the bottom of the drill bit, delivering cooling medium (clear water or compressed air) at a pressure of 1.5-2.5MPa to flush cuttings and reduce the cone surface temperature from 200°C to below 80°C, avoiding tooth softening and extending service life.
  • High-Strength Connection: The connecting thread is designed with high strength, with a tensile strength exceeding 800MPa, which can firmly connect the drill pipe, avoid downhole tripping accidents, and is suitable for high-risk scenarios such as deep-sea oil and gas drilling and onshore deep well exploration.
